I am a Mind Body Practitioner & Coach
I spent over a decade in the corporate world — pushing through exhaustion, consistently over-delivering, earning top performance reviews, climbing the salary ladder, and gaining invaluable experience. On the outside, it looked like success. But behind the scenes, I was silently battling stress, anxiety, and walking an unseen path toward burnout.
Looking back, I know I didn’t need the extra pressure or strain to perform at a high level. In fact, if I had managed my stress more effectively, I could have achieved even greater results while maintaining balance, fulfilment, and well-being.
That realisation has shaped my mission today: to help women thrive at work — not just survive it. Through my 1:1 coaching program, The RESET Method, I support women in building resilience, elevating performance, and overcoming stress so they can stay, grow, and lead without sacrificing themselves in the process.
I also partner with organisations that are committed to investing in their top female talent for who they are — not just what they produce. Together, we work to improve retention, enhance employee experience, and empower women to rise into leadership while contributing their best in a sustainable, authentic way.

Who Do I Support?
I am passionate about supporting individuals from all walks of life, and while I aspire to help as many people as possible, I believe my greatest impact comes from focusing on a specific group. I dedicate my work to supporting those who, in my experience, often face barriers to accessing the growth and positive mindset resources they truly deserve. What is the RESET Method?
The RESET Method is proven method that helps you reduce anxiety and stress by mastering resilience and regulating your nervous system through 1:1 coaching sessions. By 90 days stress and anxiety will stop hijacking your day and you will feel confident and balanced increasing your performance at work.



Living a life that does not feel authentic. Life seems great from an outside perspective and it looks like you are making all the right moves, but you feel disconnected from your relationships, career, purpose, and passions.
Authenticity
Being the first person in your home or community to want something different and to build a different lifestyle, such as moving overseas, starting your own business, transitioning your career or finding a new tribe. You are wanting to step out of a comfort zone with little to no guidance.
You're wanting to do things that have never been done before and you need help to get started.
Comfort Zone
You have lived or are currently living a stressful life.
You may have experienced burnout and both or one of these experiences have or are causing poor mental health and potentially physical symptoms such as panic attacks and dizzy spells.

How Would We Work Together?

Step 1
Once you have filled out my form, I will send you details of my pricing and I will ask for a quick summary of how you think I can help you. If I can support you, I will send across a pre-questionnaire and my terms of service to align on expectations and help get more detail regarding the change you wish to make.

Step 2
Once the pre-questionnaire is filled, payment is made and you are happy with my terms of service, we will arrange a date and time for the first session. During our first session we will go through the pre-questionnaire and unpack challenges in more detail.
We will then collaborate and agree goals to focus on over the next few sessions.

Step 3
I will work collaboratively with you for 1 hour per week online via Google Meet to support you with the goals agreed and unpack any obstacles/blocks that are preventing you from moving forward

Am I Certified?
I can ensure you that my qualification as a Mind Body Practitioner and Coach has been approved by several regulation bodies. My practise meets the UK ethical standards and guidelines.
